Safe Send runs in the background across all Findem outbound campaign sends. Here’s how it works:

  • Bounce rate monitoring runs continuously across all outbound campaign emails, tracking hard bounce rates at both the address and domain level on a 7-day rolling window.
  • Safe Send activates automatically when your hard bounce rate hits 3% or above — no configuration required. Within 6 hours, outbound campaign emails are filtered to only reach addresses that pass Findem’s advanced email verification.
  • Skipped contacts are logged so admins have full visibility into who was affected. Typically more than 94% of candidates remain reachable while Safe Send is active.
  • Admins see a notification on the Campaigns tab when Safe Send mode is on.
  • Safe Send turns off automatically once bounce rates drop back below 2% and hold there. Full sending resumes without any steps needed from your team.

Nothing to set up. Safe Send is on for all Findem customers and monitors campaign sends automatically. When it activates, you’ll see a notification on the Campaigns tab.

Candidates skipped during an active Safe Send window are not automatically retried. Instead, their activity feed records the skip so recruiters can follow up manually if needed. Reach out to your Findem contact with any questions.
