It has come to our attention that portions of our Privacy Policy and website practices have been misconstrued. We appreciate the attention to these issues and welcome the opportunity to clarify our approach.
Findem takes its data protection obligations extremely seriously and is committed to transparency, accountability, and compliance in how we handle personal data and consumer rights requests.
In 2025, we received a total of 418,096 data subject requests of which we fully responded to 417,378 requests (99%), including 336,611 cases where we determined we did not possess personal data relating to the requester. For the remaining 1% of data subject requests, they were either complied with in part or in some cases denied for a variety of standard non-conformity reasons. In all cases, Findem was 100% compliant with related privacy laws.
We remain committed to responding promptly, thoroughly, and transparently to every valid request. Our Privacy Policy is clearly accessible from every page of our website via a direct link in our footer.
We have also carefully reviewed our website cookie practices as part of a comprehensive global policy review. Following the review, we updated our site to ensure that non-essential cookies do not load without user consent, strengthened our consent framework, and verified with our vendor that only strictly necessary cookies are set prior to consent. We also clarified our cookie banner language, and are conducting a broader audit of our tracking and consent practices to remain aligned with regulatory expectations and evolving best practices.
We welcome scrutiny and dialogue and will continue refining and strengthening our privacy practices. Protecting data and respecting individual rights are foundational to how we operate.
For questions about privacy or to submit a request, individuals may contact us directly at privacy@findem.ai.
