Search in Findem’s platform is now clearer and more flexible. You can choose between exact matches, broader results, curated lists, or your own custom lists — with new icons to help you keep track.

• Similar To searches: Expand candidate lists with stemming and fuzzy matching to capture broader talent profiles without needing manual tweaks.
• New icons for Curated and Custom Lists: Icons make it easier to distinguish between Findem Curated Lists and your own Custom Lists, simplifying your navigation and helping you stay organized across multiple projects.
