Meet the speakers

Leslie Kurkjian Crowe
Leslie has spent her career in Silicon Valley dedicated to building talent and culture at companies during periods of hypergrowth. Before Bain Capital Ventures, Leslie was the chief people officer for TripActions, building and scaling the human resources and talent functions. Previously, she was the global vice president of talent for MuleSoft. As a member of the executive team, she helped lead the company through a successful IPO in 2017 and acquisition by Salesforce in 2018. Prior to MuleSoft, Leslie ran sales operations and strategy at Dropbox, scaling the sales team more than 3x during a period of hypergrowth. She also led the Dropbox rotation program and leadership development initiatives, focusing on growing all levels of talent throughout the company.
Leslie has a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in law, letters, and society from the University of Chicago. She grew up in San Francisco and when she’s not working, you can find her either traveling the world with her family or exploring all the great restaurants and hiking trails the Bay Area has to offer.
