AI-Powered Matching is a revolutionary recruiting tool that identifies candidates that would be a good fit for a position’s specifications. It uses artificial intelligence to scan your contact database in GetroConnect and finds matches based on experience, education, location, and more. Whether you’re filling publicly-posted roles or discreetly sourcing for sensitive, private positions, AI-Powered Matching can help you find the right candidates.

And once you find a match, GetroConnect makes it easy to reach out with a personalized message. The feature creates a curated list of potential candidates that match your job requirements, making it easy for you to review and select the best candidates for your open roles.

How Does It Work?

AI-Powered Matching is easy to use! Here’s how it works step-by-step:

1. Log into your GetroConnect account.
2. Open a published role (or publish a new one).
3. Click the “AI Matching” button.
4. Getro’s AI will analyze the role description and identify key requirements.
5. The feature will scan your contact database for potential matches. The matches are based on factors such as the contact’s work experience, education, and location.
6. Review the list of potential candidates and select the best ones for the role.
7. Reach out to the candidates with a personalized message.

Why AI-Powered Matching is important

AI-Powered Matching is a significant step forward in making it easy to leverage your network for recruiting. It addresses one of the biggest challenges that Heads of Platform and Heads of Talent face: the time it takes to surface suitable candidates for their portfolio companies.

The feature uses Getro’s network intelligence model, which was developed using data from over 400 talent networks with more than 1M candidates across 30+ companies. This means that the model has been trained on a large amount of data and is likely to be accurate in its predictions.

We tested AI-Powered Matching extensively and found that it outperforms other AI matching solutions on precision, relevance, and reliability. We tested using both synthetic data and real data from our customers and our own team’s internal use. We believe this feature will save Heads of Platform and Heads of Talent significant time and effort when recruiting for their portfolio companies.
