Findem Launches ReadySlate to Deliver Candidate Slates with AI Recruiting Agents
Enterprise customers pay only for candidates they choose to unlock, while a self-service Lite option brings agent-led recruiting to smaller teams.
REDWOOD CITY, CA, Oct. 21, 2026 — Findem today announced ReadySlate, AI recruiting agents that turn job requirements into candidate slates for early- and mid-career knowledge-worker roles. Available in Enterprise and Lite configurations, ReadySlate handles the work between a job description and a slate, while hiring teams set requirements and decide who advances. Enterprise customers pay only for the candidates they choose to unlock.
Finding and contacting candidates still consumes 50% to 70% of a recruiter’s hours, according to Findem customer time studies. Sourcing tools, outreach tools, and AI assistants have each sped up a single step, but recruiters still have to connect those steps and produce a slate a hiring manager wants to interview. ReadySlate takes on most of that work, giving teams more time to build relationships, make hiring decisions, and close offers.
“Recruiting teams should be able to pay for work that gets them closer to a hire, not for another tool they have to operate,” said Hari Kolam, CEO of Findem. “ReadySlate puts our agents to work against the hiring manager’s requirements. Teams review the evidence behind each candidate and only unlock those they deem strong enough to move forward.”
ReadySlate Enterprise delivers interview-ready candidates for talent acquisition teams. Teams refine the role’s requirements on real candidate profiles before the search begins. ReadySlate then personalizes outreach to candidates to encourage them to apply and runs AI screening interviews, skills tests, and in-depth assessments. Identity verification and interview proctoring help confirm each candidate is genuine, and any flags, such as signs of AI-generated answers, go to a person for review. Every candidate meets the Findem Standard — interested, qualified, verified, and ready for live, on-site interviews — and once unlocked, moves into the team’s ATS, VMS or HRIS, including Workday, Greenhouse, and iCIMS.
ReadySlate Lite puts screened candidates within reach of startups, small businesses, founders, and hiring managers who run their own searches, through self-service AI recruiting experience in Findem Studio. Users paste a job posting, review the requirements the agent drafts, and select a shortlist from a candidate list that keeps growing. The agent then engages candidates from the user’s own mailbox and runs a five-minute AI voice screen that gathers answers on basic minimum qualifications for the user to review.
ReadySlate runs on Findem’s People Intelligence platform, which draws on more than 850 million profiles to surface evidence of what candidates have done, not just keywords, so hiring teams can judge each candidate against the requirements they set.
Findem’s AI does not reject candidates, decide hiring criteria or make hiring decisions. Candidates are told in advance when an AI is interviewing them. Findem runs ongoing disparate-impact testing and at least annual independent bias audits. Its most recent third-party audit, conducted by Warden AI, returned fairness scores at or near parity across every demographic group tested.
ReadySlate Enterprise and ReadySlate Lite are available now. To see ReadySlate in action, visit Findem at the HR Tech Conference in Las Vegas, booth #6116, or request a demo today.
