  • Less relevant matches are deprioritized, reducing distracting noise in your results.
  • Role-specific searches return more precise profiles, strengthening alignment for every open position.
  • Example: If you search “Similar To > Director of Development,” you’ll now see “Director of Development” or “Development Director” before broader titles like “Director of Game Development”.
