Exporting shortlists is a core workflow for many recruiting teams. With our latest updates, Shortlist Exports now provide cleaner formatting, more fields, and better-structured data — making it easier to collaborate, track, and move seamlessly across systems.

• Expanded website coverage: Export more websites beyond LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Twitter.
• Candidate tags included: Preserve context by exporting shortlist tags alongside candidate details.
• Smarter formatting: Emails and website links are now separated into multiple columns for easier tracking and system integration.‍
• Refined profile links: Updated enriched profile and shortlist links are included in every export.

How to get started

This feature is available to all customers. Open any project in Findem, go to your shortlisted candidates, click the three dots in the top right corner, and select Export all candidates.
