Meet the speakers

Danita Rucks Oliver
Danita’s career in tech has been in the areas of Finance Operations, Client Relationship Management, and Program Development. In 2018, she joined RingCentral from IBM and served 3 years as co-chair of the Black employee resource group. Danita is most passionate about people and their feeling valued, appreciated, seen and included.
Cristina Rivard
Cristina joined TrueCar in February 2020 as a Sr. Director, People Business Partner supporting the Product & Tech teams. As was the case for many HR professionals, the pandemic brought new challenges and opportunities and her role quickly expanded to leading an interdisciplinary team focused on solving complex and enterprise-wide problems including bringing DEI to life at TrueCar.
