Meet the speakers

Amit Pandya
Amit Pandya has spent the past several years building recruiting teams and hiring hundreds, championing diversity and developing inclusive cultures in companies from Medallia to Couchbase, and now at Heap, where he is the Senior Director, Head of Talent. Prior to his transition to tech, he spent a little over a decade as a corporate attorney, mediator and executive coach. Throughout all of this, he has built upon skills surrounding a singular passion: talent development. What drives him is finding opportunities and creating ways by which individuals can excel. He lives for moments when people say, “I love what I do and I’m amazing at it.” Amit received his BA from the University of Michigan in 2001 and his JD from Columbia Law School in 2005. He currently lives in New York City, surrounded by his chosen family.

Tina Ragin
Tina Ragin is an Executive Talent Consultant and Certified Diversity Recruitment Consultant, with a proven track record of collaboratively partnering with business leaders, implementing and facilitating impactful and sustainable talent solutions, and helping individuals move forward to next level career success. Tina started her career in-house on the talent teams of Bank of America, Ernst & Young and Investco before consulting for organizations including PwC and Coca Cola. She founded her own consulting business in 2016, focusing on Executive Search, DE&I, and Diversity Recruitment.
