Get better email deliverability with new Email Defaults

These product updates highlight the latest features, enhancements, and integrations designed to help you and your team work smarter, move faster, and get more value from Findem.

Say goodbye to "no-reply" inboxes — your Findem outbound emails now come from addresses your team controls. This update enhances deliverability and ensures replies never get lost, supporting better engagement and outcomes across all campaigns.

What’s new

  • New users without an integrated email can no longer default to Findem’s platform email.
  • If no valid email is connected:
    • The From field will appear empty.
    • A warning prompts you to add a valid email.
    • Campaigns cannot be launched until a valid email is provided.
  • Sending campaigns on behalf of colleagues is no longer allowed for new users.
  • Platform email access must be explicitly enabled by request.

Why it matters

These changes mean your outreach always starts — and stays — with your own email address, boosting trust and response rates with candidates. A recruiter onboarding to Findem will immediately set up their own email, so every interaction is personalized and replies flow directly to them, rather than a generic inbox. 

For talent leaders, this ensures every campaign is tracked to an accountable sender, making reporting more accurate and streamlining team performance. It also sets new recruiters up with best practices from day one, promoting consistent candidate communication and care.

How to get started

Head to the Settings page to integrate your email before launching your first campaign. If you need platform email access, the allowFindemPlatform permission can still be enabled on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to your Findem contact if you need it.
