## Built for teams without a recruiter.

ReadySlate Lite is for companies that need to hire well without a sourcing team behind them, whether a TA lead, HR, or a founder runs the search. You don't need an ATS or a recruiting CRM.

Everyone who joins Findem's small business program gets free credits to get started and a direct line to our team to help shape what we build next.

## From job posting to screened candidates.

1. Set the requirements Paste a job posting. The agent drafts the requirements, and you check each one before the search starts.
2. Build your longlist The agent searches Findem's 850M+ profiles for people who fit and adds new matches on every run.
3. Pick your shortlist Choose the candidates you want to pursue. Your Findem project saves the requirements, longlist, and shortlist together.
4. Reach out and screen When you're ready, the agent emails candidates from your own mailbox and runs a 5-minute AI voice screen with the people who say yes.

## See the work behind every shortlist.

Follow one role from job description to longlist. You check what the agent drafts, and nothing runs or is sent until you start.

Drop in the JD, intake notes, or a scorecard, describe the role in your own words, or start from a job in your ATS.

The agent reads the posting, asks about anything it leaves open, and drafts the requirements from your answers.

Edit each must-have and add companies to look at. Nothing runs and nothing is sent until you start.

Choose how many new people each run finds and how often it runs. You get an email when your longlist is ready.

Set who is never contacted. Outreach and screening stay off until you turn them on.

## Frequently asked questions.

**What is ReadySlate Lite?**

ReadySlate Lite is the self-serve version of Findem ReadySlate, and it runs in Findem Studio. Paste a job posting, check the requirements the agent drafts, and pick a shortlist from a candidate list that keeps growing. The agent can then email candidates from your own mailbox and run a five-minute AI voice screen on basic qualifications for you to review. **Who is ReadySlate Lite for?**

Startups and small businesses, including teams without a dedicated TA function, where HR handles hiring or hiring managers and founders run their own searches.

**Can a startup hire without a recruiter or an ATS?**

Yes. ReadySlate Lite works for teams without a dedicated recruiting team, an ATS, or a recruiting CRM. You set the requirements and pick the shortlist. Each search is saved as a Findem project that holds the requirements, the ranked longlist, and your shortlist. [How to hire without a recruiter or an ATS](https://www.findem.ai/blog/how-to-hire-without-a-recruiter)

**How is ReadySlate Lite different from LinkedIn Recruiter Lite?**

LinkedIn Recruiter Lite is a search seat: you run the searches and write the InMails yourself. ReadySlate Lite does that work for you. It drafts the requirements from your job posting, keeps adding people who fit to your longlist, and, once you turn those steps on, emails candidates and runs a short voice screen. You still decide who goes on the shortlist. [Compare LinkedIn Recruiter and Recruiter Lite](https://www.findem.ai/blog/linkedin-recruiter-vs-recruiter-lite)

**Which roles does it work for?**

ReadySlate Lite is designed for early- and mid-career knowledge-worker roles. It does not include the skills assessments, identity verification, or pay-per-unlock options in Findem Enterprise.

**What do I get when I join?**

**How much does ReadySlate Lite cost?**

ReadySlate Lite runs on Findem Studio credits. Every new Studio account gets 1,250 free starter credits ($50 value). After that, you can pay as you go with $100 top-ups or subscribe to Studio for $249 per seat per month, which includes 6,250 credits a month. Studio shows how each agent is charged before it runs. Prices are from the Studio pricing page as of October 2026. [See Findem Studio pricing](https://studio.findem.ai/pricing)

**How will candidates feel about hearing from an agent?**

They get a personalized message explaining why the role fits them, sent from your own mailbox. Anyone who takes the voice screen knows in advance that an AI is conducting it, and they complete it on their own time.

**Does Findem make hiring decisions?**

No. Findem's AI doesn't reject candidates, decide hiring criteria, or make hiring decisions. Findem runs ongoing disparate-impact testing and at least annual independent bias audits; the most recent, by Warden AI, returned fairness scores at or near parity across every demographic group tested.
