# Attract and retain talent with an AI job board

We provide chambers, economic development organizations (EDOs), workforce boards, and other regional talent teams with a branded AI job board that automatically brings together open roles from supported employers. Applicants can opt into a regional talent network, allowing you to reach them when a suitable role appears later.

## The regional talent challenge

### Nobody can see who's hiring here

A local graduate may check only two career pages and accept a job three states away, while employers in your region are hiring for the same role through a LinkedIn post that never reaches her.

### Interest fades before a job opens

A person may visit in March, apply for one opening, and disappear after not being selected. When an employer opens a similar role in September, you have no way to reach that person unless they remain connected to your talent network.

### Stale data loses grants and bids

Event counts and web traffic do not answer grant questions about how many people the region hired, which industries hired them, or what wages were involved. Labor data subscriptions may also lack recent updates.

## Be the reason talent moves to you

## Promote every open role in your region

You choose which employers to showcase, including members, target industries, and companies you helped land. Their open roles appear on your board automatically, and listings update as roles open and close. You do not need to email spreadsheets or log into LinkedIn to promote jobs.

## Build a regional talent map

Applicants can opt into your talent network instead of disappearing into an employer's applicant-tracking system (ATS). Their profiles stay current as their careers change, so a March applicant can remain reachable in September. When an employer posts a role, matched candidates can come from your network and from people outside the region who are looking for what your region offers.

## Prove your impact and fund the program

Track:

- Job growth by industry
- Applicants delivered to each employer
- Hires made
- Where candidates come from
- Talent-network size and growth
- Traffic by source

This data connects activity to your region and employers. Employers can pay to promote roles to the regional talent network and run agentic recruiting for openings they cannot fill themselves. That creates a potential non-dues revenue line and can give members a reason to upgrade.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is a regional job board?

A regional job board is a single branded site that collects open roles from every employer a chamber, EDO, or workforce board supports. Unlike a directory of company links, it is a live listing of what the region is hiring for now, searchable by role, industry, and location, and updated as jobs open and close.

### How do jobs get on the board?

You choose the employers. We find their roles wherever they already post them, including career pages, applicant-tracking systems, LinkedIn, Notion, or direct employer submissions. You set rules for the industries, locations, and role types that belong on the board; roles outside those rules stay off.

### Do employers in our region have to do anything?

No. Employers can be listed without taking action, which supports continued coverage. Employers who want more can claim listings, add roles directly, and promote openings without a LinkedIn account or advertising budget. This is useful for smaller members without a recruiter.

### What happens to people who apply?

Applicants can opt into your talent network, so the relationship can continue after an application. Their profiles stay current as their careers change, and you can reach them when a new role fits instead of losing them to the employer's ATS.

### How is this different from building a job board ourselves?

A self-built board or a job board added to chamber software requires ongoing maintenance: checking which roles closed, asking employers for new roles, and rebuilding when a company changes its careers page. We automate that upkeep as well as applicant capture, which a static page cannot provide.

### We already pay for labor market data. Why do we need this?

Labor market data describes the region at a point in time. We track the jobs your employers posted, the applicants your board sent them, and the hires that followed, tying results to your programs rather than the market at large. Several regions use this approach to consolidate their workforce-data subscription and talent-attraction platform.

### Can the job board generate revenue for us?

Yes. Employers can pay to promote roles to the regional talent network and run agentic recruiting for openings they cannot fill themselves. The board can therefore become a non-dues revenue line and support member tier upgrades.

### What can we report to our board or put in a grant application?

You can report jobs posted, job growth by industry, applicants delivered per employer, hires made, talent-network size and growth, and traffic by source. The metrics are tied to your region and employers.
